HEMP & PRE ROLL FAQs
What is industrial hemp?
Industrial hemp is a plant variety derived from the genus Cannabis sativa L. and is among the same species as marijuana. It contains a low concentration of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), a chemical compound known for its hallucinogenic effects. Industrial hemp contains less than 0.3 percent THC, which means it cannot be used as a drug. The hemp plant is typically processed into commodities such as textiles, fiber, forage and cosmetics.
How is it legal?
Section 7606 of the Farm Bill defines industrial hemp as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.” The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 is a proposed law to remove hemp (defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC) from Schedule I controlled substances and making it an ordinary agricultural commodity.
Will I get high?
No. Industrial Hemp seeds have LOW, government-regulated levels of delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive agent found in Cannabis plants. Its low THC level essentially makes it impossible to feel any psychoactive effect or get a “high.” It also has high cannabidiol (CBD) content that acts as THC’s antagonist, essentially making the minimal amount of THC useless.
Will I fail a drug test?
Though our TKO pre rolls and hemp flower are under the legal limit, there is still a hint of THC that may come up in a drug screen so we do not suggest you to use it as a substitute or alternative to any illegal substance – no matter the serving size.
Will it fail a field test?
Of course. Any substance that contains a trace of THC will show positive for THC on a field test. The only way to ensure it is industrial hemp flower is to have lab reports or lab results test under 0.3% delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

Cheef Botanicals Premium CBD Hemp Flower
Cheef Botanicals CBD flower comes from the hemp plant and not the marijuana plant. This means that it only contains 0.3% THC or less, and ultimately, despite popular misconceptions – it’s not going to get you high. When you’re shopping for CBD-rich hemp flower, you’ll notice two different grades carried among most CBD flower companies, these are biomass and premium.
A premium flower means that although it isn’t the same massive size as its competitor, it yields the highest quality and potency. At Cheef Botanicals, all of their CBD hemp flowers are premium grade, meaning you’re likely getting the most bang for your buck. Cheef Botanicals currently carries three different CBD Hemp Flowers, and its cannabinoid cousin, CBG Flower.
Don’t let the name fool you; this delectable hemp flower has a beautiful tropical/citrus aroma with gentle, earthy undertones. It’s 18% CBD is perfect for easing your daily aches and pains and is excellent to bring to your favorite summer get-togethers.
By far, one of the best products on their menu is Lifter. This CBD hemp flower has a delicate sweet-sour fragrance that will bring you a sense of calm. This is by far the most potent CBD hemp flower strain available through Cheef Botanicals. As a noteworthy mention, Cannabigerol is a close cousin to CBD and holds a lot of promise in the cannabinoid world. Just like CBD, it’s not going to get you high, but it yields a wide range of benefits. The reason this strain makes it into the list is that there aren’t a lot of medicinal hemp flower companies selling CBG dominant strains at the moment. It’s a display of how Cheef Botanicals is staying ahead of the curve to give their customers the relief they need without muddying it with the intoxicating effects of THC.

Tweedle farms is a small mom-and-pop CBD oriented hemp farm. Their terpene-rich, high-CBD flowers are processed to produce some of the purest and richest CBD products on the market. Their high-quality hemp flowers are mainly used to create vape cartridges and other oil-based extracts. Still, if those aren’t for you, they also carry raw organic hemp flowers.
Supposedly their strains aren’t just CBD, though. Browsing through the Tweedle farms webshop and entering their flower section, you’ll immediately notice that they don’t just say CBD, but CBDa. Before CBD becomes its final form, it begins as a precursor called CBDa, or Cannabidiolic Acid. CBDa is known to have the same benefits of CBD, but without binding directly to cannabinoid receptors. Because Tweedle farms have an incredibly diverse selection of hemp flowers, we’re going to take a close look at their top best sellers.

Diesel Puff – CBD
This strain comes with one of the most exciting blends of scents. The first layer of its smell is gassy diesel, and earthy, while the other half of its profile is lemon-citrus. Coming in at a total of 19.7% CBD, you’ll find yourself incredibly focused and clear-headed.
5) Plain Jane
Plain Jane has tapped into a niche that we find very interesting. What they’ve managed to do is make their CBD hemp flower almost odorless by the time it’s cultivated and cured. As a result, Plain Jane has built its brand on their vast assortment of pre-rolled CBD flower joints, where you can enjoy inhaling Plain Jane on the go, without the usual cannabis odor.
So, if discretion is what you need – Plain Jane’s hemp pre-rolls will be a perfect fit for you. They are designed to look similar to cigarettes, which nobody will even notice or consider the fact that it might be CBD hemp flower.
Hemp Flower vs. Marijuana – What’s the Difference?
When you’re buying hemp flower, you’ll need to be able to distinguish between it and Marijuana. The legal variety of hemp flower only contains 0.3% THC and as much CBD as the plant can produce. On the other hand, Marijuana often contains more THC, which, if you’re aiming for medicinal benefits and not a high, you’ll want to avoid its intoxicating effects.
Is CBD Flower Legal?
Because hemp/CBD flower is closely related to Marijuana, one caused the other to be prohibited. The recreational marijuana flower is abundant in ‘intoxicating’ cannabinoids, while the CBD hemp flower isn’t. Under the new legislation, cannabis containing less than 0.3% THC is considered to be hemp. Previously, under federal law, hemp and CBD were on the list of Schedule I drugs. Instead, they now land under the category of “standard agricultural commodities.” With this change in legal classification, you’re free to cultivate, transport, sell, purchase, or possess hemp.
Will Smoking CBD Flower Get You High?
Smoking CBD flower will not get you high, while it may be a bit of a mood-booster, it doesn’t exactly give you the harsh buzz of THC.
Will Hemp Flower Show Up On A Drug Test?
The short answer is, – yes. While hemp flowers only contain 0.3% THC or less, the THC can still be detected in a drug test, particularly in hair follicle or low threshold urine tests.
Finding the Best Premium CBD Flower For Sale
Finding the best premium CBD flower can be a difficult and confusing experience for many people. Today we’ve looked at 5 incredible brands with an assortment of hemp flower strains that are sure to impress.
I would give Cheef Botanicals the #1 spot for their variety of premium-grade CBD hemp flower products. The CBD hemp offers enough THC to provide “synergistic effects,” which can help relieve stress, anxiety, and pain. They offer 4 Hemp Flowers, including Hawaiian Haze, CBG, Super Space Candy, and Lifter. And they also have a wealth of other awesome products, such as CBD Edibles, Capsules, Tropicals, and much more. This is great if you are looking for a non-smoking experience and prefer in-house digestion.
All their products are 3rd party lab tested, so you can rest assured that the percentages of THC are accurate and their strains won’t give you any intoxicating effects whatsoever. Since they grow their own CBD hemp, you are guaranteed all-natural, plant-based ingredients in every one of their products.
And hey, if you don’t love it, unlike many other brands, they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee – so there is really no risk involved when buying from Cheef Botanicals.
A close second would be the Plain Jane hemp flower pre-rolls. Having the luxury of taking a puff without drawing attention to yourself is a luxury that other hemp flower companies should take note of.
Overall, you should always use the product that works best for you. Always speak with your doctor if you intend to use CBD in place of pharmaceutical medication.
